                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CHANGE ORDER (FINAL), CONTRACT FOR
                   CONSTRUCTION OF A FIXED PIER AND FLOATING
                   DOCK AT ROSS' LANDING, WITH SOLOFF
                   CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC., WHICH CHANGE
                   ORDER DECREASES THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT
                   OF ELEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE
                   AND 98/100 DOLLARS ($11,835.98)FOR A FINAL
                   CONTRACT AMOUNTS OF SEVEN HUNDRED
                   EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOURTEEN
                   AND 02/100 DOLLARS ($789,414.02)
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Change Order (Final), relative to contract for
       construction of a fixed pier and floating dock at Ross' Landing,
       with Soloff Construction Company Inc., which change order
       decreases the contract in the amount of $11,835.98, for a final
       contract amount of $789,414.02.
